Book Drive!!

Spring Book Drive for the English Language Center, March 3^rd to March 31^st! Donate today to promote literacy in Cache Valley!!

The Cache Valley Reading Council and USU “Books for Hope” will be conducting a book drive to benefit the English Language Center of Cache Valley from March 3^rd until March 31^st.

We are accepting donations of books for all ages, infant to adult and would appreciate your generosity in promoting literacy in Cache Valley.

Book drop off locations are located at the following schools and donations will be accepted during school opening times:

Wilson Elementary Ellis Elementary Logan High School Millville Elementary White Pine Middle School

Wellsville Elementary Sunrise Elementary Providence Elementary Heritage Elementary Mountainside Elementary

The Cache Valley Reading Council is the local council of the International Reading Association serving both Cache County and Logan City School District teachers, parents and literacy learners. The International Reading Association’s (IRA) more than 1,250 councils and affiliates bring outstanding professional development to literacy educators at the local, state/provincial, regional, and national levels. These organizations rely on IRA for leadership in professional, organizational, and membership issues. In turn, through council services, grants, and awards, IRA recognizes its councils and affiliates for achievement and excellence in service to the profession, for research, and for advocacy on behalf of teachers and literacy learners.
